James Kellett
Founder and CEO
James is a finance and strategy leader who established the partnerships functions at a London- based Unicorn. Before this, he spent six years as an investment professional within equity hedge funds.
Jimbo Freedman
VP of Engineering
An engineering leader with 20 years of industry experience, Jimbo has guided the culture and led teams at a range of startups including Struq, Karla and Zoe – where he was the first engineering hire and built the platform behind the PREDICT study
Henry Waterfield
Founder, COO and President
Henry is an experienced leader in the logistics space. After ten years as a British Army Officer, Henry built expertise in shipbroking before managing an Amazon fulfilment centre.
Mike O'Gorman
Head of BD
Mike is a sales leader with 25 years’ experience. Before Spot Ship, he ran UK & Ireland Channel Sales at SAP.

Gardie joined Spot Ship in October 2022. He has a background in management consultancy and is an experienced team leader.

Benedict joined Spot Ship in 2023. He has worked in a number of client-facing roles in different service positions.

Anh joined us in November 2021 after graduating, with distinction, from ICL in Applied Machine Learning.
Cosmin Croitoriu
Lead Engineer
Cosmin is a full stack developer with two years’ experience after graduating from Makers. He’s been part of the Spot Ship team for three and a half years.
Rafal Rydz
Software Engineer
Rafał, joined Spot Ship in June 2022 as a front-end developer and database support engineer . He supports developer workflow across our platform.
